Certificate in Management and Leadership
The Certificate in Management and Leadership is designed to give entry and mid-level executives core business skills in organizational processes, change management, human resources, and leadership. It assists in enhancing their management and leadership skills in order to advance their careers, projects and products within their organization. It is a six course program with the courses being determined by the advisor on the basis of the student's expertise and career goals.
Program requirements

Certificate in Human Resources
The Certificate Program in Human Resource Management will provide the educational background necessary to make informed decisions in management as related to human resource issues. The Certificate Program is designed for private- and public-sector managers, industrial relations specialist, union representatives, human resource/personnel managers, and employee training professionals who already have an undergraduate degree and would like to expand their expertise in human resource management.
