Dear Fellow Graduates and Friends,
As 2013 unfolds, you are likely to hear more about Union Graduate College’s Decennial Celebration. It will take place on Friday, May 9, 2014, at the Glen Sanders Mansion in Scotia, New York. This date may seem a bit far into the future, but planning is already underway for this event, and I hope you will be able to join us.
The Decennial Celebration is aimed at honoring the 100 years of excellence for our graduate programs and the 10 years that Union Graduate College has been an independent institution. The celebration will take place over the course of an entire day encompassing alumni presentations in the morning and afternoon and then followed by a gala in the evening.
In preparation for our Decennial Celebration, we are collecting stories from our alumni about their graduate experiences. I encourage you to visit our Alumni Stories webpage and tell us about your experience and memories. Let us know what professors were influential to you and what you have accomplished since you graduated. We are always interested in hearing from alumni about how their graduate degree has influenced their career and life.
Alumni play an important role in the mission and success of Union Graduate College. I encourage you to stay connected and find ways to participate. Here are some suggestions:
Please visit our "Get Involved" page for some additional ways to help advance Union Graduate College.
Again, I encourage you to stop by The Graduate Center and say "hello." I would enjoy meeting you, and you might even run into one of your professors!
Warm Regards,
